Arturo Martinez, Founder
Meraki Roofing was founded by Arturo Martinez, an El Paso native who spent years on roofs before he ever ran a company. He saw homeowners getting pushed into replacements they didn't need, talked into cheap shingles that wouldn't survive a hailstorm, and left holding the bag when their contractor disappeared before the warranty mattered.
Arturo started Meraki with a simple rule: we only recommend what we'd put on our own parents' house. If a repair will do, we don't sell a replacement. If a claim is legitimate, we fight for it. And every job — from a 6-shingle leak fix to a full tile re-roof — gets the same attention to detail.
The name Meraki comes from a Greek word that means doing something with soul, creativity, and care — the idea that you leave a piece of yourself in your work. That's how we approach every roof in El Paso.
